To recognize excellence, enhance a sense of belonging, and further stimulate employees' enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity, Changzhen Copper Industry held its 2016 First Quarter Advanced Recognition Ceremony in the company auditorium on the morning of April 16th. The company's general manager, Song Changhong, deputy general manager, Guo Shumei, and leaders from various departments attended the ceremony.
This recognition ceremony is the first of its kind in 2016 and also the first since the company's organizational structure adjustment. The ceremony began with Huang Huiliang, the manager of the Administration Department, announcing the first-quarter recognition documents. This was followed by the award ceremony. The selection process involved department heads comprehensively evaluating candidates based on product quality and delivery, equipment management, safety 5S, performance, as well as their contributions to improving production efficiency and reducing production costs. Ultimately, five advanced collectives and 30 outstanding individuals were recognized. They are pioneers in exploration and innovation, exemplars of dedication to duty, and role models for all cadres and employees of the company.
Finally, the host of the ceremony summarized the event: Over the past three months, under the leadership and guidance of the general manager, all employees have focused their work on meeting the needs of relevant parties, with the fundamental goal of creating value for all positions. The cumulative sales of various copper materials have increased by 5.5% compared to the same period last year. However, despite these achievements, we also face various difficulties and challenges: such as the inability to systematically control product quality, low customer satisfaction with product delivery times, frequent safety accidents, relatively backward ideas and learning capabilities among cadres and employees, and the lack of genuine implementation and application of systems, frameworks, and information technology tools. These factors restrict the achievement of the company's annual tasks and goals.
