On November 7, 2015, our company successfully held the 2016 Strategic Seminar, which was attended by middle-level and above management cadres as well as key personnel from various departments. The meeting provided an interpretation of the background for formulating the company's 2016 strategy, the domestic and international macroeconomic situation, industry development trends, the basic ideas for the phased strategy, business objectives and indicators, business strategies, and the draft of the "2016 Company Management Manual". Participants discussed and exchanged views on processes, organizational structure settings, target indicators, and other related topics, pooling their wisdom and offering suggestions. This meeting marked a milestone in recognizing the company's development situation, unifying our thoughts, and promoting corporate transformation and upgrading.

The meeting noted that the current macroeconomic situation is complex, and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. However, guided by our five-year strategic goals at Changzhen, we need to address urgently how to enhance our ability to meet the needs of stakeholders in the coming year. In 2016, our company will focus on meeting stakeholder needs as the starting point for our work. By changing traditional management models and accelerating our response speed to market demands, we will truly implement stakeholder needs within the company. At the same time, to adapt to the constantly changing situation, all cadres and employees should continuously strengthen their learning, keep pace with the times, and improve their ability to meet stakeholder needs, moving forward in the midst of change and making new strides in various aspects such as the integration of informatization and industrialization, human resource management, product R&D, domestic and international market expansion, and corporate social responsibility.

The company's general manager delivered an important speech at the meeting. He comprehensively summarized and elaborated on the macro environment, industry status, market recognition, contracting capabilities, and management philosophy currently faced by the company. While giving a positive evaluation of the company's work over the past year, he also made comprehensive plans for the work of the coming year and put forward overall requirements for the work of each department and employee. He emphasized that under the current situation, departments and employees need to enhance their learning ability and competitiveness, identify their positions, formulate strategies suitable for their departments and themselves, and truly establish a foothold in the domestic and international markets, working together to enhance customer value.
