Study the Craftsmanship Spirit and Enhance Work Skills

To foster a company-wide learning atmosphere and strive to enhance the job skills of young employees, our company's Youth League Branch, guided by the company's core values, organized a series of "May Fourth" Youth Day activities themed "Learning the Craftsmanship Spirit, Enhancing Work Skills".

I. Book Borrowing and Reading Activity

In today's era of continuous development of the internet and new media, it seems that fewer and fewer people insist on reading books. Starting from strengthening corporate culture, our company aims to build a learning-oriented enterprise, create a good reading and learning environment, inspire employees' enthusiasm for reading, and cultivate their habit of advocating and voluntarily engaging in reading. On May 4th, we launched a book borrowing and reading activity. The Youth League Branch selected in advance a batch of healthy, positive, and inspiring books from the library and recommended them to all employees. On the day of the book borrowing, employees enthusiastically participated, saying, "We need to continuously improve our learning abilities to adapt to the constantly changing environment, grow together with the company, and progress with the times!"

II. Calligraphy Competition and Watching "Big Macro Craftsmen"

While conducting the book borrowing and reading activity, the company also organized employees to watch the CCTV documentary "Big Macro Craftsmen" on the afternoon of May 6th. The documentary records several workers who, in their ordinary positions, persevered with a single-minded dedication, pursued perfection and extremeness in their professional skills, ultimately stood out, and became indispensable talents in their fields, ranking among the "national treasure-level" craftsmen. The purpose of watching this film is to inspire our young employees to learn from their craftsmanship spirit. Although they are at the most basic production line, they write extraordinary stories in their positions with their intelligence, dedication, and diligence.

In fact, with the increasingly changing socio-economic landscape, it is even more important to boost the morale of employees, especially young ones, and create a joyful learning and working environment to ensure the healthy development of the company. In future work, we should apply the craftsmanship spirit to our daily tasks, enabling employees to continuously enrich their spiritual world, update their concepts, enhance their spiritual strength, and make learning a lifelong habit. We should encourage employees to be brave in innovation and experimentation, so that they can continuously learn and grow in the ever-changing external environment, accumulate knowledge and experience, maintain the sustainable development of the company, and jointly create a brilliant future for Changzhen Copper Industry!
