On April 29th, a training session for secretaries of grassroots party organizations across the city was held at the Municipal Vocational and Adult Education Center. Over 450 party secretaries from various grassroots and "two new" organizations (new economic organizations and new social organizations) throughout the city participated in the training. At the meeting, Ye Zhili, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yuyao Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization, delivered an important speech and provided special guidance on deepening the implementation of the organization life day system to strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations. In particular, she gave a vivid lesson to every secretary of grassroots party organizations on how to strengthen team building under the new normal to better consolidate the cohesion and combat effectiveness of grassroots party organizations. Subsequently, Comrade Zhao Yonghuan from the Municipal Party School, using the theme "Learn Good Ideas, Be a Good Secretary," pointed out to every secretary of grassroots party organizations through facts and cases that they should keep in mind the party's fine traditions and purposes, and do grassroots work in a down-to-earth manner. Finally, Zheng Xiangjuan, Deputy Director of the Ningbo Municipal Party School, delivered an in-depth discussion on deeply grasping General Secretary Xi's "Four Comprehensives" strategic thinking and the party's overall goals and tasks. She emphasized that it is essential to take party self-governance and strict governance as important tasks in the construction of grassroots party organizations and party conduct and clean governance, and to always remain vigilant and unremitting, upholding the glorious image of grassroots party organizations.
