On the morning of June 3rd, the sky, cleansed by a light rain, appeared exceptionally clear and bright. Led by Vice Chairman Cao Guoqi of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, a delegation of over 10 leaders from the upper-level trade unions in Ningbo and Yuyao visited Ningbo Changzhen Copper Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site research and inspection guidance on the work of the grassroots trade union. Upon arrival at the company, the leaders immediately inspected the construction of the company's trade union facilities. The nearly 400-square-meter employee cultural exhibition hall encapsulates the arduous journey of the enterprise's entrepreneurial development. It showcases the company's remarkable achievements under the correct leadership of General Manager and Party Branch Secretary Song Changhong, starting from a single crucible and three workers, through close cooperation between the party, government, and mass organizations, relying firmly on employees, and united in forging ahead. To date, the enterprise has achieved certain performance, contributed to and given back to society, becoming a leading taxpayer and a pacesetter among modern enterprises in the local area.

As they viewed the exhibition, the leaders listened to the explanations provided by the guide and unanimously agreed that it is not easy for Changzhen, as a non-public enterprise, to have achieved certain results against the backdrop of an economic downturn in recent years.

Subsequently, Vice Chairman Cao and his delegation inspected the member office of the local trade union, the membership application registration situation, and the issuance of membership cards. Afterwards, they also inspected the company's employee auditorium, training classrooms, activity rooms, and canteen. During the inspection, they were pleasantly surprised to learn that the new member induction ceremony held by our company just last month was a provincial first. The scene of the new member induction ceremony venue at the Ningbo Changzhen Copper Co., Ltd. trade union caught the leaders' attention, and they expressed that this activity is worth learning from and promoting at all levels of trade unions.
