On the afternoon of January 23, 2016, Changzhen Copper Industry held its 2015 Annual Summary and Commendation Ceremony in the company auditorium. The ceremony consisted of four agendas. Firstly, it recognized various advanced individuals and groups for the fourth quarter of 2015. Secondly, it summarized and commended the company's rationalization proposals and innovation projects for 2015. Lastly, the general manager delivered the 2015 Annual Work Summary Report and addressed the audience, objectively and comprehensively summarizing the company's work over the past year, fully acknowledging the efforts and achievements of various departments, teams, and individuals in pursuing the company's strategic plan and annual tasks, and outlining clear requirements and earnest hopes for the work in 2016. During the subsequent annual summary and commendation ceremony, a total of 45 advanced collectives and individuals were recognized. The auditorium was filled with joy as each honoree wore red sashes and flowers, basking in the moment of applause and flowers.
At the meeting, the general manager delivered an important speech. He first expressed gratitude to all cadres and employees for their diligent efforts and contributions throughout the year, congratulated the various advanced collectives and individuals who were recognized, and fully affirmed the achievements made in 2015. He pointed out that 2015 was a year in which all Changzhen people worked diligently in a new environment; it was a year of deepening reforms, forging ahead, and transforming and upgrading; it was a year of continuous innovation and efforts to enhance competitiveness. Every department and individual achieved varying degrees of improvement and growth. The general manager noted that in the new year, amidst the broader macroeconomic context, Changzhen faces a situation where both pressure and motivation coexist, and crises and opportunities are intertwined. He emphasized the need to focus on meeting the needs of relevant stakeholders. He hoped that all employees would take the market as their starting point, continuously enhance their competitiveness, overcome difficulties, and jointly promote the steady development of Changzhen.
The advanced collectives and individuals recognized at this ceremony, despite being in different job positions, demonstrated a common spirit and corporate ethos.
