To gain firsthand understanding of employees' voices and their suggestions for the company's management and development, establish a platform for communication and exchange, and promote the mutual growth of employees and the enterprise, our company held a 2016 Employee Representative Forum in Conference Room #1 on June 24th and 25th. Over 80 participants, including General Manager Song Changhong, department heads, and employee representatives, attended the forum.
At the forum, the employee representatives spoke freely, with some raising issues related to their job positions, some offering opinions on the company's management and assessment system, and others providing constructive suggestions that could benefit actual production management. The employee representatives mainly focused on the company's guiding principle for 2016, which is to meet the needs of relevant parties, with planning as the main thread and project operation as the foothold, and discussed the achievements and shortcomings after establishing the customer service platform. Secondly, they put forward their personal opinions and suggestions on performance improvement points such as labor efficiency, cost reduction, product quality, and delivery time. Finally, each employee representative also shared their plans for their next steps in their respective positions and the company's development.
The department representatives who attended the forum also clearly stated that they would learn from and absorb the opinions of every employee to further improve various systems. Regarding the work difficulties and problems that employees face in their positions, as well as the improvement opinions and suggestions they put forward, a unified response will be provided after the company's semi-annual performance summary and review meeting.
General Manager Song Changhong attached great importance to the speeches of each employee representative, providing one-on-one answers and responses to some of the questions raised on the spot, and requiring relevant departments to follow up on the issues raised by employees. In addition, the general manager delivered a summary speech, summarizing the work of the first half of the year and pointing out the direction for the work in the second half. He proposed that while maintaining the current production capacity scale, the company should transform its products from low- to mid- and high-end, and through the company's platform, employees should manage, implement, and introduce solutions to meet the needs of relevant parties, truly creating value for customers. At the same time, the company will continue to introduce advanced management tools and achieve software upgrades by cultivating talent, improving employee skills and literacy, reducing labor intensity, and enhancing labor productivity. The company will transition from a hierarchical to a market-oriented management approach. Whether facing difficulties or opportunities, disadvantages or advantages, as long as all employees and cadres are united, dare to face, confront, and solve them, a win-win situation can be achieved.
This forum has bridged the gap between employees and the company, enhancing employees' sense of belonging. It truly cares for and values employees, putting people first. Employees also expressed that they will invest more energy and enthusiasm into their work with a better attitude, creating greater value for the company.
