Since 2018, all staff members have closely followed the company's second five-year strategic plan and the 2018 action plan, guided by the Excellence Performance model, focusing on introducing and meeting stakeholder needs and creating value. By deepening the application of "platform economy, sharing economy, and value economy," they steadily and orderly promoted the implementation of various strategic plans, successfully completing all targets for 2018. This resulted in the emergence of 2 outstanding groups and 40 advanced individuals. The annual summary and commendation were held on January 18th in the company auditorium.
The conference hopes that other departments, teams, and the broad masses of party members, cadres, and employees within the company will take the advanced as role models. Not only should they achieve self-management and innovative management ideas, actively create value, but they must also adapt to new situations, change concepts, enhance learning ability and competitiveness, and cultivate a spirit of craftsmanship. While doing their own jobs well, they should jointly create a good working atmosphere in the company, improve the company’s ability to meet stakeholders' needs and continuously create value, and work together towards the annual strategic goals for 2019.
