On February 16, 2019, the Changzhen Copper Industry held its 2019 task and goal swearing-in ceremony and application research project promotion mobilization meeting in the company auditorium, where the company's general manager delivered an important speech.

At the meeting, the general manager said: We must adhere to the established strategic direction and fully implement the strategic plan and task objectives of 2019 under the five-year strategic framework. The company's strategy for 2019 has been clearly defined, which is: based on the model of excellence in performance management, oriented towards goal management, leveraging the company’s existing high-quality resources and real economy as a platform, using platformization, valuation, informatization, automation, and standardization as means, with the introduction and satisfaction of relevant needs and creation of value as the foundation and support for all work, building a professional team that is innovative, efficient, and pragmatic to serve the integration of manufacturing and finance business model, ensuring the company has superior institutional resource guarantees compared to peers, thereby generating and sharing value.

 

It is indeed challenging to introduce and meet stakeholders' needs and generate value at this stage, as there are many issues. However, this is the trend and direction. If one does not keep up with the pace of the times and continues to work in isolation, being phased out, laid off, or having resources withdrawn by the company will be inevitable. Conversely, if the aforementioned requirements are followed, a win-win development situation will inevitably occur: first, the company can survive under severe circumstances and gain a favorable position in competition with peers. Second, the quality and skills of cadres and employees will improve, allowing them to retain their current positions and create greater personal value. Third, the enhanced value creation from their positions will lead to increased personal income.

With the arrival of the 5G era, we are now in an era of mobility, intelligence, interconnectedness of all things, and cross-boundary elimination. Those who do not keep pace with the times will inevitably fall behind and be eliminated. I hope all employees cherish today, plan well for tomorrow, and strive to realize their own value on the company's large platform.
